Reservamos este lugar para un viaje especial de cumpleaños para mi esposa con amigos. Nuestras expectativas eran altas, esperando que la casa estuviera a la altura de las increíbles fotos y la descripción, ¡y no nos decepcionó! Otros huéspedes han mencionado que esta podría ser la mejor casa en San Sebastián y estamos absolutamente de acuerdo. La casa es increíble y las vistas son panorámicas e impresionantes. Utilizamos la sauna (todo funcionó perfectamente), la zona de parrilla al aire libre, y había espacio MÁS QUE SUFICIENTE para un grupo de 7 adultos. CADA dormitorio es excelente, con vistas al océano de suelo a techo. El centro de San Sebastián está a 10 minutos en coche, por lo que esta es la ubicación de lujo perfecta. Alex fue muy atento y paciente. Nuestro grupo tuvo un retraso en el tren antes del check-in, pero Alex esperó pacientemente para asegurarse de que supiéramos todo sobre el funcionamiento de las comodidades de la casa. Nunca vimos ni escuchamos a nuestros vecinos, por lo que la privacidad fue excepcional. ¡Recomendamos encarecidamente alojarse en Villa Lanperna!

Tuvimos un fin de semana largo brillante en San Sebastián. La villa es impresionante, aunque un poco inusual en la decoración. Las vistas son increíbles y los enormes ventanales permiten disfrutarlas desde todos los ángulos. La villa está súper bien equipada con todo lo que necesitas, incluyendo la mayoría de los artículos de aseo. Alex es un gran anfitrión, pero usamos Google Translate para comunicarnos, lo cual estuvo perfectamente bien. La piscina es preciosa, pero no está climatizada. El único inconveniente es que los taxis tardaban mucho en llegar la mayoría de los días. Está un poco alejada, lo que sabíamos, pero las esperas eran largas. El autobús es fantástico, pero hay que subir una cuesta bastante empinada para llegar a la estación de autobuses, lo cual es buen ejercicio si estás en forma.
It didn’t stop us having a fantastic stay though. Just need to be aware and plan that in your day, when you need to go out. Would be super easy with a car.

Alex’s place is breathtaking! We really enjoyed our time here. Alex is kind and responsive and gave also great recommendations for us. We were travelling with small children and there are some drops and dangerous places for them in this beautifully designed house, but with right precautions, selections for bedrooms and of course watchfull eye we managed well. There is all you need in the house and you can spend hours just enjoying the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and view, but it is also very convenient location near the beach and city – 5 & 12 min by car. We had a bit bigger car (Mercedes Vito) and it fit well in the garage.

Fabulous location and lots of space in a luxury setting. The views are something you never see, Wow wow wow….. High end facilities and lots of finishing touches.
It is expensive which is why we only did 3 nights but if 8 of you go, it’s better value for money. we were a family of 4.
Alex was very helpful and informative.

Spectacular villa with 180 degree Seaview immersed in gardens and greenery. Fantastic pool, whirlpool and sauna. Five en-suite bedrooms. Just perfect.

Alex’s place is great for large groups and pretty spectacular. In addition to the amazing views and pool, we really enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen and hanging out in the sauna downstream.
